We have our own inventory of chiavari chairs and harvest tables, and we're happy to source other options for you if you want a different look!
Archways & Backdrops
Whether your venue includes an archway or not, we can create the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. We have a large selection of arches and backdrops available for rent, or can decorate on-site options.
Centerpieces
We custom design centerpieces to fit your vision, as well as adhering to the rules of your venue (flameless candles anyone?) - we can create centerpieces using real or silk florals and greenery, and help look after all the little details

The best part about hiring a decorator is not having to worry about setting things up on your wedding day or tearing them down at the end of the night. Let us take care of the heavy lifting for you!
Bouquets & Boutonnieres
Make Olivia Rose Designs a one-stop-shop for all your floral decor needs, including personal florals! Bouquets and boutonnieres are the most popular, but we also craft corsages, flower crowns, puppy collars & more!
Rentals Available
We take on a select number of rental clients each season - this allows you access to our inventory library - you pick it up, set it up, tear it down and return the items to us - no worrying about storage or sourcing items.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you do a tear down the night of the event?
Yes! We absolutely can and often do tear downs beginning at midnight or 1am, depending on venue restrictions.
Is there a minimum spend for your decor services?
No, we don't have a minimum spend, although our rental fee is $100 and our set up and tear down costs begin at $750 for a weekend event, May-October.
Can I change my invoice closer to the wedding or is it set in stone?
You can make changes to your invoice up to 30 days out from your wedding date!
We require a 30% deposit to hold your items and your date, but you are always welcome to add more or let us know that you don't need all 150 chairs you reserved and we'll take them off.
If you want to start with a smaller deposit to just secure your date and add more on a bit later, we're happy to walk through that option with you!
